Service Disclaimer

Our consulting services are provided on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee outcomes such as visa approvals or university admissions.

Fees & Payment

Fees will be communicated in advance and are payable before we commence work on your case. Payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

Liability

Indie Abroad shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin.
