Ausbildung in Germany
How German Dual Vocational Training Works
You are legally an employee from day one: practical on-the-job training with theoretical instruction at a Berufsschule.
In the Training Company
You work alongside experienced professionals at your sponsoring company, applying practical skills on real projects while being mentored by certified trainers.
In the Vocational School (Berufsschule)
State-funded classroom instruction covering theoretical foundations, occupational regulations, German terminology, and business administration.
High-Demand Ausbildung Trades for International Applicants
Stipend figures rise each training year and transition directly into full skilled-worker pay upon passing your IHK/HWK exams.
Nursing & Healthcare (Pflegefachkraft)
Hospitals and elderly care centers actively recruit directly from India. Requires B1/B2 Goethe/telc certificate.
IT Systems & Development (Fachinformatiker)
Software development and system integration. Hands-on coding and enterprise infrastructure management.
Mechatronics & Automotive
Precision manufacturing, robotics, and industrial machinery maintenance with leading German Mittelstand firms.
Hotel & Hospitality Management
Gastronomy and hotel operations across major tourist and commercial hubs with corporate progression.
Electrician & Technical Trades (Elektroniker)
Installation, renewable energy grid integration, and industrial building automation with long-term job security.
Logistics & Supply Chain
Warehouse technology, freight distribution networks, and international trade inventory control.
